Bioagricultural Science and Pest Management

Ruth Hufbauer

I am an evolutionary ecologist with interests in conservation, biological invasions, and plant-insect interactions. Along with graduate students, postdocs and other collaborators, I work on these topics in the field and lab, using both invasive species, biological control systems, and model laboratory systems. I did my undergraduate work at UC Berkeley and my PhD at Cornell. I have done two delightful sabbaticals with the amazing community of ecologists and evolutionary biologists in Montpellier, France.
